A fine early 19th-century rosewood occasional wine table, circa 1830. The circular top displays a rich, naturally varied rosewood grain and is raised on an elegant turned column. The tripod base is particularly well detailed, with carved and reeded decoration, terminating in three reeded feet fitted with discreet concealed casters. A charming and highly decorative Regency-period piece, of practical proportions, making it equally suited as a wine table, lamp table or occasional table.
