Refund policy

RETURNS We recommend that all our customers arrange to view the item before they buy it but we understand that in some circumstances this is not possible. We take pride in using high quality, detailed photos of each item so the customer can have the best idea of what they are buying. In the unlikely event that the item was not what expected we can accept returns if they are rejected immediately on the doorstep and returned with the driver the same day, the buyer is responsible to return the item to us and on receipt of the item being returned in its original condition we can issue a refund excluding carriage costs.
