This chest comes in 3 pieces, with the top cornice having an arched pediment with string inlaid detail and bow front shape, sitting on the top chest consisting of 2 short over 3 long graduating drawers with brass lion mask bun handles and cockbeaded fronts, of good quality solid oak dovetailed construction.
The base chest has a lovely reeded seat for the top chest to sit on and consists of a further 3 long graduated drawers, above a shaped apron and splayed bracket feet.
