Lamb of Manchester was one of the top three manufacturers of Gothic Revival, Aesthetic and Anglo-Japanese furniture in the 19th century.
Strong heavy chairs, newly upholstered in a thick quality leather and hand dyed to create a unique cigar brown colour, with deep buttoned back rest and individual brass studded trim.
Very high quality frames and lovely walnut colour, with decorative carved flower detail on the back rest. Leather padded arms, with turned spindle supports.
Good sized comfortable seats.
On strong turned legs.
