A large continental flame mahogany sideboard, Circa 1840.
Rich flame mahogany, with a central secrétaire, made to look like 2 drawers the front fall opens to create a writing surface with new thick green leather inset and 2 drawers for stationary etc inside.
The secrétaire is flanked either side with solid carved corbels and 2 short drawers above 2 moulded panel cupboard doors. This sideboard comes with 3 working keys.
Inside each cupboard there are 3 height adjustable shelves.
With a further 3 long drawers below the secrétaire drawer, of fine quality solid oak construction.
This piece is of extremely high quality and has an oak panelled back.
